From harvest to vinification to ageing

The next TELL ME WINE Workshop is close upon us!  This is an opportunity to focus on the language you need for describing how wines are made.   It’s important to note that these workshops are “stand alone” sessions – you don’t need to have participated in the first or second to take part in the third.

Participants will work in small groups of 4-6 to work on various exercises and discuss the theme of the day. We will also have plenary sessions, where the whole group will work as a unit.  The workshop will conclude with a tasting of three wines.

Who can participate?

TELL ME WINE Workshops are open to anyone who has taken all three levels of the AIS courses.  You do not have to have your certification, but you do need the knowledge from the AIS courses to participate effectively in TMW sessions.

Before registering, you MUST take a quick self-evaluation test to determine if you have the necessary English skills. click here for link.   You need a minimum of 50 points to be able to participate comfortably.
